BOY SCOUT CLASSES

GUIDELINES

1      Only registered members in good standing may compete.

2      Articles must have been made within the past year by the Cub, Scout, or Explorer and never exhibited at the Phillips County Fair before.  Items added to collections must be labeled as new additions.

3      Cub Scouts, including Webelos, may enter only under the Cub Scout Section (starting 1st grade to 5th grade) and Boy Scouts under the Scout Section (starting 6th grade to 18 yrs old).

4      All food entries must have a recipe attached.

5      For exhibit display, please refer to corresponding 4-H exhibit area.  (Ex., Foods, Photography, Arts and Crafts, etc.)

6      Only one entry per Boy Scout in each class.

7      Judges are instructed not to award ribbons unless the exhibit is deemed worthy.  Three ribbons (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) can be given in each class.
